Date vinegar

Date vinegar is mosly like balsamic vinegar and when splashed over tomatoes I will be so tasty.

Date vinegr is made by filling a glass container with medjool dates and water, and then adding an spoon of sugar with a drop of mother vinegar.

Date vinegar has so maby benefits for our health, for example It can help people with mental issues, ease labor pain and increase Cardiac (heart) health

 Some of the health benefits of date vinegar are:

Reduce hunger :   Date vinegar can help you reduce hunger and if it uses before meals, it will reduce blood sugar spikes that happens after eating.
